Telugu weddings are so much fun. They take utmost care to make sure that their weddings are no less grand than their movies are. The pomp associated with a Telugu wedding is unmatchable and we saw their talent in action at Ashwini & Ranganath’s wedding at Chennai. They had hired Sree Varaaham Hall at Koyambedu for the wedding. The groom was in his element – with a grand sherwani and turban to up the style statement and the bride was as elegantly dressed too. The wedding stage was a garden of vivid colors – a stage full of roses to adorn the wedding ensemble only added to the grandeur.
Sree Varaaham hall was excellent for photography. There is ample space in the corridors and the staircase, and that allowed us to capture some great shots of Ashwini & Ranganath. Ashwini’s family were extremely helpful in the wedding photography too – they are a family of camera enthusiasts and kept us on our toes all the time!
We shot the couple shots at ECR and the Mahabalipuram Shore Temple. We made sure that the bride and groom looked their ‘reception best’ during the post-wedding couple shots too. Overall, shooting for these two was super fun. We had a great time getting to know them and their families too.
